Vahli Dikri Yojana has been announced by the State Government of Gujarat.

The amount to 1st and 2nd daughters of the family would be given in the following manner:

Gujarat Government New Scheme Launch “Vahali Dikri Yojana“ 2020 :गुजरात सरकार के उप-मुख्यमंत्री और वित्त मंत्री नितिन पटेल ने 2 जुलाई 2019 को राज्य विधानसभा में राज्य सरकार का वर्ष 2019-20 का वार्षिक पूर्ण बजट पेश किया। इस बजट में उन्होंने मोदी सरकार की किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की तर्ज पर राज्य की बेटियों के लिए “Vahli Dikri Yojana” की घोषणा की है । आइये जाने की क्या है ये नई Vahali Dikri योजना ?

इस “व्हाली दीकरी योजना” के तहत गुजरात प्रदेश की गरीब परिवारों की बेटियाँ शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे इसके लिए इस योजना की शुरुआत की गई है,जिसके अंतर्गत उन्हें प्रोत्साहन राशि के रूप में वार्षिक 4000 रूपये लेकर 6000 रूपये तथा बेटी की उम्र 18 होने पर 1लाख की आर्थिक सहायता दी जायेगी ।

Objectives of the Vahli Dikari scheme:

Financial Assistance: The amount to 1st and 2nd daughters of the family would be given in the following manner:

1. Beneficiaries will get Rs. 4000/- in first enrollment in class 1st
2. Second enrollment will be given in class 9th and the amount will be Rs. 6000/-
3. Beneficiaries will get Rs. 100000/- when she attains age of 18 years.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• The Below Following Are The Eligibility Criteria Required To Apply For The Vahli Dikri Yojana:
• All The Beneficiaries Must Be A Native Of Gujarat State.
• A Family Must Belong To The Ews (Economically Weaker Section).
• The Below Poverty Line (Bpl) Families Are Eligible For This Scheme.
• The Applicant Should Be Financially Vulnerable.
• The Beneficial Couple Should Not Be Income Taxpayers.
• The Applicant Must Not Receive Any Financial Assistance Or Pension From The Government Or Other Local Bodies Of Governments.
• The Scheme Offers Money To Only Those Students Who Will Complete Their High School Education.
• In The Case Of More Than 2 Female Students From A Family Will Be Not Allowed To Attain This Benefit.
• The Annual Income Of The Parents, Should Not Cross The Limit Of Rs.2 Lakhs Mark.

This Scheme Documents Required And how To Apply Online and Ofline:  The applicants must furnish the below following documents along with the Application Form to apply for the Vahli Dikri Yojana:

Identity Proof: PAN Card, Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID Card, etc.

1. Address Proof: Aadhar, Valid Passport, Utility bill, Property tax bill, etc.
2. Income Certificate
3. Resident Document
4. Recent passport size photographs
5. Financial background of applicants (BPL Certificate)
6. School Admission documents/ Final examination mark sheets
7. Adoption certificate of guardian
8. Bank passbook or parent/ guardian’s bank passbook
9. Any other documents (if required)

Selection Procedure  Gujarat Vahli Dikri Yojana 2020: 

1. First of all application forms will be invited.
2. Then the application forms will be verified by the Related Regional Officers.
3. Thereafter beneficiary list will be prepared.
4. At last the amount will be transferred to the beneficiary account.

How to Vahali Dikari Yojana Apply: Online Application Procedure for the Scheme: 

Vahli Dikri Yojana can be applied by providing a unit to fill up the applications along with the information of the persons who are ready to avail the benefits of this scheme. 

The online registration procedure for this scheme will be intimated in the official portal by the government. The state government is more likely to opt for an online application process for the ease of the applicants.

Applicant must be a permanent resident of Gujarat state.

The girls must belong to a poor family with an annual income of less than 2 years.

How To Offline Application Procedure Vahali Dikari yojana: 

To apply for the Vahli Dikri Yojana, the applicant will have to follow the below step by step procedure:

Step 1: To get the benefits under this scheme, the girl’s parents can visit the Department of Women and Child Development (WCD), Gujarat Government.

Step 2: Get the application form to attach the specified records along with the application form and submit it to the concerned official.

Step 3: Then, the application form will be verified by the concerned officer, if the applications are not fulfilled the conditions are returned for fulfilling all the conditions.

Step 4: Finally, the concerned Tehsil Officer will certify all the documents and send to the District Welfare Officer to certify the application form. Upon submission of the application, the applicant will receive an acknowledgement for further reference.
