Today, PM Narendra Modi will unveil the second dairy made by Banas Dairy, the number one milk producer in the entire Asia continent, at Sanadar near Deodar in the same district. Prime Minister Modi has reached Deodar from Gandhinagar. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Banas Dairy Complex, Potato Processing and Product Unit and Dudhwani Community Radio Station (FM 90.4) constructed at 151 Vigha at Sanadar near Deodar in Banaskantha District.
पीएम ने परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखीप्रधानमंत्री मंगलवार को बनासकांठा के बनास डेयरी संकुल पहुंचे और यहां विकास की कई परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखी। यहां उन्होंने स्टेट ऑफ द ऑर्ट डेयरी कॉम्पलेक्स का उद्घाटन भी किया।
PM Modi in Gujarat LIVE : प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के गुजरात दौरे का आज दूसरा दिन है। पीएम मोदी बनासकांठा में डेयरी प्लांट समेत कई विकास परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखेंगे और उद्गाटन करेंगे। पीएम मोदी जामनगर में WHO ग्लोबल सेंटर फॉर ट्रेडिशनल मेडिसिन की भी आधारशिला रखेंगे। इस मौके पर मॉरीशस के प्रधानमंत्री प्रवींद कुमार जगन्नाथ और डब्ल्यूएचओ के महानिदेशक टेड्रोस गेब्रेयसस भी मौजूद रहेंगे। इसके बाद शाम को पीएंम मोदी रोड़ शो करेंगे। बता दें, इस साल के अंत में गुजरात में विधानसभा चुनाव हौने हैं और इससे पहले पीएम मोदी के ये प्रोग्राम अहम माने जा रहे हैं।
PM Modi in Gujarat: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज गुजरात में बनास डेयरी के नए प्लांट का उद्घाटन किया. अब बाद शाम को वह वर्ल्ड हेल्थ ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (WHO) से जुड़े प्रोग्राम का भी हिस्सा बनेंगे.
यहां पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि बनास डेयरी ने सिद्ध किया है कि स्थानीय किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए दूसरे संसाधनों का भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
मोदी ने कहा कि आलू और दूध का आपस में कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, लेकिन बनास डेयरी ने ये रिश्ता भी जोड़ दिया. दूध, दही, छाछ, पनीर, फ्रेंच फ्राइज, बर्गर, पेटीज जैसे उत्पादों को भी बनास डेयरी ने किसानों का सामर्थ्य बना दिया है. ये भारत के लोकल को ग्लोबल बनाने की दिशा में भी एक अच्छा कदम है,
इसके साथ-साथ गोबर से बायो-CNG और बिजली जैसे उत्पाद तैयार हो रहे हैं. वहीं इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में जो जैविक खाद मिलती है, उससे किसानों को बहुत मदद मिल रही है. गोबरधन के माध्यम से एक साथ कई लक्ष्य हासिल हो रहे हैं, एक तो इससे गांवों में स्वच्छता को बल मिल रहा है, दूसरा, इससे पशुपालकों को गोबर का भी पैसा मिल रहा है.
पीएम ने बताया कि आज एक बायो-CNG प्लांट का लोकार्पण किया गया है और 4 गोबर गैस प्लांट्स का शिलान्यास हुआ है, ये कचरे से कंचन के सरकार के अभियान को मदद करने वाला है.
300 करोड़ में तैयार हुआ प्लांट
बनासकंठा में नया डेयरी परिसर और आलू प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र 600 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से निर्मित किया गया है. यह कार्यक्रम बनासकांठा के दियोदार में हो रहा है. यहां पीएम मोदी ने आलू प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट का भी उद्घाटन किया.
नये डेयरी परिसर में रोज करीब 30 लाख लीटर दूध का प्रसंस्करण होगा, करीब 80 टन मक्खन, एक लाख लीटर आईसक्रीम, 20 टन खोया और छह टन चॉकलेट का उत्पादन होगा. पीएमओ ने कहा कि आलू प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र में फ्रेंच फ्राई, आलू चिप्स और आलू टिक्की, पैटिज सहित विभिन्न तरह के प्रसंस्कृत आलू उत्पादों का उत्पादन होगा. इनमें से कई उत्पादों का अन्य देशों को निर्यात किया जाएगा।. मोदी राष्ट्र को बनास सामुदायिक रेडियो स्टेशन भी समर्पित करेंगे.

इसके बाद शाम को 3.30 बजे के करीब पीएम जामनगर पहुंचेंगे. वहां वह WHO ग्लोबल सेंटर फॉर ट्रेडिशनल मेडिसिन (JCTM) का शिलान्यास करेंगे. इस मौके पर मॉरीशस के उनके समकक्ष प्रवींद कुमार जगन्नाथ और डब्ल्यूएचओ के महानिदेशक टेड्रोस गेब्रेयसस भी मौजूद रहेंगे.
इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री 20 अप्रैल को गांधीनगर में वैश्विक आयुष निवेश एवं नवाचार सम्मेलन का उदघाटन करेंगे. बाद में वह दाहोद में आदिजाति महासम्मेलन में शरीक होंगे तथा विभिन्न विकास परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास करेंगे.

E-Dedication includes Banas Dairy Cheese and Whey Powder Plant Expansion Palanpur, Banas Gobar Gas Plant and Bio CNG. Station Dama (Deesa) and E-Khatmuhurta include 4 new garbage gas plants – Khimana, Ratanpura (Bhildi), Radhanpur and Thawar (Dhanera).
7 country machinery installed in this plant
It may be the first time in India that another large state-of-the-art dairy plant has been set up in the same district. Art Dairy Plant has been constructed in which machinery from 7 different countries of the world has been installed in this plant.
Butter production capacity of 100 tons per day in the plant:
The plant has a milk processing capacity of 30 lakh liters per day, which can be increased to 50 lakh liters per day. The plant has a capacity of 100 tons per day butter production, 1 lakh liters per day ice cream plant, 20 tons per day khowa and 6 tons per day chocolate enrolling plant. The complex next to the dairy plant also has the capacity to process 48 tons of potatoes per day. Banas Community FM Radio 90.4 station is being set up for the first time in the co-operative sector at Banas Dairy Complex, Deodar, which will be very useful in public education and animal husbandry.
